About the Role

You will provide project planning and delivery support on a range of transport matters including the yearly local area place making project and other projects in the Council Plan.

Work in this role will support the safe and accessible operation of roads within Darebin.

  • Support PM in successful delivery community engagement of the Your Street, Your Say local area placemaking project,
  • Undertake a wide range of transport project activities, including implementing Darebin's car share scheme
  • Support the procurement and management of specialist consultants Communicate efficiently with all stakeholders
  • Design, coordinate and attend welcoming and accessible community engagement events
  • Communicate efficiently with all stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Great communicator with an ability to adapt considering the audience
  • Experience in successfully planning, reporting on and delivering projects
  • Enthusiastic about providing high quality customer service
