Mulgrave Country Club is seeking EXPERIENCED Gaming Supervisors/Duty Managers & Gaming Staff with the relevant qualifications and flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends

Gaming Supervisors/Duty Managers

• Supervision and coordination of all gaming staff, including training and mentoring
• Ensuring high customer service standards
• Manage the conduct and performance of staff
• Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, commitment, fairness and cooperation in all aspects of the above

Gaming Staff

• Previous experience in a busy gaming venue preferred
• The ability to work within a team
• Great presentation and attention to detail
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Minimum 2 years gaming experience in a similar role
• A flexible approach to work is required, with full availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Current Victorian Gaming License, RSA, RSG is a must
