About the business:

A leading provider of industrial services, specialising in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Power Generation, Process, Environment, and Construction sectors.

Join a dynamic team as an experienced Mechanical Technician in Queensland, on a permanent full-time basis for long-term maintenance contracts.

As a valued Mechanical Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and overhauling diverse rotating equipment, including gas engines, pumps, compressor packages, and power generation systems.

Your dedication to safety, quality, and a positive work ethic will be instrumental in achieving success.

Additional responsibilities encompass:

Demonstrating a personal commitment to adhering to all HSEQ policies and procedures.
Communicating effectively and building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Strong focus on promoting a positive safety culture.
Ability to work autonomously.
Certificate III in Engineering
Mechanical Trade.
Possess experience in maintaining rotating equipment or demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Showcase excellent skills in fault finding and diagnostic analysis.
Current First Aid certificate
Demonstrate the ability to think on your feet, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team.
