We are seeking a committed Scheduler to be an integral part of the Field Service / Operations team.

As a scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimising service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to customers and stakeholder.

Description


As a Service Coordinator/Scheduler in a dynamic and collaborative team, your primary role will involve delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the daily coordination, planning, and allocation of technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and deployment.

Additionally, your responsibilities encompass supporting various administrative functions such as lodging work orders, invoicing, including daily invoicing, raining purchase orders, accurate data entry, and providing excellent customer service.

This multifaceted role offers an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.


Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in dispatching and planning work for field service personnel, such as technicians.
  • Scheduling experience is a significant advantage.
  • A dedicated and friendly team player with proactive "cando" attitude.
  • Proven track record in roles combining customer service and administration.
  • Experience thriving in a fastpaced administrative role within a serviceoriented environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data entry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and any prior experience with PRONTO or SAP systems is a valuable Asset.
