About the opportunity

At Leisure Networks, our Intake & Engagement Officers are responsible for ensuring that every existing or prospective customer has a positive and engaging experience when they contact Leisure Networks.

Our Intake & Engagement Team is looking for a new team member who can comfortably and confidently converse with a wide range of people, using a variety of communication methods and can quickly assess customer needs and provide a prompt and confident response.

The Intake and Engagement Officer plays a key role within the Intake and Engagement team to ensure that customer centric work practices are in place.

They are also responsible for facilitating the intake process for all Community Inclusion customers.

This is a contract role until June

About the Role
Working collaboratively and as part of a highly engaged and supportive organisation, our Intake & Engagement Officers are responsible for:

Providing the first point of contact and ensuring that Leisure Networks customers experience awesome customer experience from the beginning.
Providing a welcoming environment for all internal and external stakeholders.
Promote a positive workplace culture.
