Local Government Maintenance Workers - Perth, Australia - IPA Personnel Services
Description
IPA are currently recruiting for a number of councils in the southern metropolitan area. We are looking for experienced Gardeners, Horticulturalists, Concreters/Pavers, Waste Officers/Loader operators and Town Maintenance Officers.9 day fortnight mon-fri. Payrate $32-$35 depending on role and experience.
Must have white card, recent police check (within 6 months) and pass a drug and alcohol screen. MR License an advantage. Previous council experience an advantage. Must hold valid 'C' Class Lic.
Duties will include (depending on role):
- Using brush cutters, blowers, whipper snippers and ride on mowers
- Mulching, weeding, spraying and other gardening experience.
- Irrigation and reticulation installation and maintenance.
- Concreting and paving
- General labouring
- A willingness to learn and be a part of a team, the right person should have a good attitude and a desire to be outdoors.
