About the Role:
As an HR / People and Culture Officer Advisor, your primary mission is to champion our people. You'll be at the heart of ensuring a vibrant and inclusive culture within our community care provider organisation.
With the support of two junior staff members, your focus will be on streamlining the recruitment process to enhance our team's capabilities and maintain our commitment to a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate screening resumes and conduct of initial phone screenings.
- Arrange and conduct facetoface interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct regular checkins with team members to gauge workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with aged care and disability standards and manage HRrelated documentation.
- Support the Roster Coordinators and Case Managers in scheduling and planning.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with management, providing regular reports and updates.
- Prepare meeting spaces and manage related administrative tasks.
- Embrace a variety of roles and responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and a keenness to grow within the role.
