About Us

The Role

The role plays a key part of the Security Services and Incident Response teams which requires participation in tasks as directed by the Security Coordinator; this will include tasks such as general security, responding to emergencies and system administration.

You will provide a professional service of the highest quality the University students, staff, and building/grounds on the security front, and ensure all University by-laws are adhered to.

What you'll bring to this role

Successful completion of Certificate II Security Operations
Valid WA Driver's License
Recent relevant experience and/or exposure to security and parking services, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Ability to work within a team with a constantly changing environment.
Welldeveloped interpersonal skills, which includes the ability to deal with situations firmly, courteously, and tactfully.
The suitable applicant will be required to complete a fitness assessment and maintain an appropriate level of fitness for the physical standards and efficient performance required of this position.
