$58,944- $71,714 per annum plus 10,5% superannuation

Usual Work Location: Ballarat (Negotiable across regional VIC)

About the Opportunity

The role performs a variety of road and bridge routine inspection, maintenance and construction activities and respond to emergencies under general supervision.

The incumbent will be required to perform manual labour
- intensive tasks in accordance with established safety, environmental and quality procedures.
About You

Project Delivery
Executes work tasks (such as Roads, Roadside and Structures inspection, routine maintenance activities, operating various minor plant equipment safely) against Traffic Management Plans and in accordance with established policies and procedures
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
Seeks resolution of problems through policy or process guidelines (such as Worksite Traffic Management Plans)
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Contributes ideas toward improving the effectiveness of own work area; Understands and delivers against standards of quality and effectiveness applicable to own area of work
Policy Design & Development
Understands the purpose of policies; Uses operational policies
