**What you'll do: - Deliver precise, comprehensive, and timely assistance to Priceline customers nationwide- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and administer our esteemed customer loyalty program, Sister Club, while maintaining meticulous database records
- Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide effective solutions to customer needs
- Supervise customer response processes with unwavering standards, ensuring the swift and professional resolution of customer feedback Provide expert guidance to customers on online shopping, Click & Collect, or Click & Deliver purchases
- Adept at thriving in a fastpaced environment, showcasing impeccable organizational skills
- Proficiency in phone contact handling, active listening, and adept problemsolving capabilities
- An unwavering customercentric mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse customer profiles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal acumen Previous retail experience or familiarity with customer loyalty programs is highly regarded
