- about 4 hours agoOur leading client is actively looking for a Training Analyst to assist their Learning & Development team in Sydney for a transformation project.
Key responsibilities & duties

Schedule and coordinate all training sessions for end users.
Work with vendors and facilitators to schedule, organize and conduct training sessions.
Support Training Lead and Digital Lead to create all required learning materials.
Assist in publishing and testing all learning content.
Coordinate and record the completion of all mandatory learning.
Coordinate training evaluation. Implements tools to evaluate effectiveness of training programs. Evaluates participants feedback and modifies instructional materials accordingly.

Work Experience and skills

Excellent written communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional coordination skills
Strong understanding of ADDIE principles
Experience with digital learning platforms such as Articulate (desirable)
Ability to work to tight deadlines, multitask, and work with a sense of urgency.
Demonstrated experience in a training development project environment with the ability to design, develop, test, and review training content.
