The Innovation and Enterprise team at Swinburne Edge are looking for Team Leader - Customer Experience to join their team.


The Team Leader - Customer Experience will bring with them a detailed knowledge of the VET Funding Contract (including knowledge of Free TAFE, PTR & LLN) and its impact on admissions procedures and training of all staff, to lead their team to contribute to the processing of all student enrolments via the CPE (Continuing & Professional Education) channel.


About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high-quality customer services within a demanding, client focused environment
  • Previous demonstrated experience and indepth knowledge in domestic admissions and advanced standing processing and assessment
  • Highlevel organisational skills, including strong attention to detail, the ability to follow through on tasks, and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Demonstrated highlevel interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external people, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Completion of an undergraduate level qualification with substantial relevant experience or a combination of relevant experience and education / training
