We act as recruiters for Get Frenchie.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a highly motivated Multimedia Specialist to be based in Double Bay NSW. This full-time, permanent position is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects.

The full-time role will report to Management and will be in charge of helping shape the aesthetic and viasual language of our product/s and brand partners.

Duties include:

Design and implement new features and functionality for existing products
Contribute to creating design systems
Lead design efforts for new products and projects, working with offshore

- development team with a design first approach

Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design decisions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers, developers,

- stakeholders and clients

Ensure all design work is aligned with the company's or brand partners design
Guidelines
Visualise, articulate, and solve complex problems based on available information

- and evidence

Communicate design, design intent and rationale effectively across the organisation

- both visually and verbally

Present to internal and external stakeholders your design and the design philosophy
Understand users and what their needs are, based on evidence
Identify performance or usability issues and suggest improvements
Lead the delivery and project manage all internal and external design and

- development

Rapid prototyping and user journeys

Essential criteria:
Relevant degree or higher
Applicant must have at least 2 years of work experience.

Salary:
$70,000 plus Super depending on work experience.
