We are seeking a Full Time Returns & Claims Officer to provide support to the Laverton North Warehouse team.


Your key duties will include but not limited to:

  • Update and maintain Excel and Google Sheets returns spreadsheets.
  • Answering internal and external queries regarding returns to assist our end customer.
  • Assisting and responding to any return disputes.
  • Liaising with customers regarding product returns & maintaining relationships.
  • Maintain Excess Stock spreadsheet and manage its integrity.
  • Keeping relevant departments informed of return and claim metrics.
  • Liaising with key suppliers & maintaining relationships.
  • Raise and process supplier credit claims as required for stock returned to the warehouse or excess stock no longer required.
  • Participate in stocktake twice year
  • Any other duties that may be required from time to time to fulfil your role
