Key Responsibilities:
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and excellence across our QLD operations
Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership:Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise operational processes, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives.

Performance Management: Oversee the performance of multiple branches within the region, ensuring adherence to company standards and key performance indicators.

Rostering:Manage and optimise staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and resource allocation, balancing the needs of the business with employee preferences and contractual requirements.

Budget Management: Work closely with finance teams to monitor and manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and human resources, to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the NDIS and Disability sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Experience in rostering and workforce planning.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
How to Apply:
Salary:
$90, $95,000.00 per year
