Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain heavy machinery, including excavators and loaders
- Perform bucket repairs for Hitachi and Komatsu machines.
- Conduct boom and stick repairs for Hitachi and Komatsu machines.
- Conduct crack repairs and install new liner kits.
- Utilize welding techniques such as gouging and flux core for repairs.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Welder
- Proven experience in bucket, boom, and stick repairs for Hitachi and Komatsu machines
- Proficiency in welding techniques such as gouging and flux core
- CSE and WAH certifications preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
