About the role

The Procurement Systems Support Officer is responsible for maintaining Calvary's contract management system and supplier portal.

This involves the collation and entry of contract and vendor master data, conducting data cleansing, data analysis and other activities related to the implementation and maintenance of these systems.


This role is also responsible for the verification of supplier documentation submitted through the portal as part of the vendor onboarding process.

This role involves effectively communicating requirements for suppliers to be able to supply goods and services to Calvary.

The Procurement Systems Support Officer will assist with ensuring contract compliance and assist category managers with reporting and category analysis as required.

Primary Responsibilities include

Liaise with various stakeholders across Calvary to collect, consolidate and cleanse contract data prior to uploading into the contract management system

Assist with the implementation of the contract management system

Conduct training for users on basic how-to and reporting

Ongoing maintenance of the contract management system

Support the National Procurement team with reporting and contract compliance activities and other duties as required

What you Bring

Demonstrated experience in Finance and Procurement systems

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate professionaly with people at all levels and to operate effectively in a team environment

Superior data management skills

A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
