The Opportunity
Exciting opportunity for a motivated Client Services Officer to join our accounting firm. This is a opportunity to work in a social and supportive team in a professional and friendly environment.
The Role
- Meeting and greeting clients and act as a liaison with internal clients and external suppliers
- Maintaining room bookings and facilitating room setup
- Catering for internal or external meetings
- General office administration duties and office maintenance
Our core business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
About You
- Ability to work in the office from MondaytoFriday, between 8:30am to 5:00pm. On occasion, you may be asked to work before or after this time to support the business with its core activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of service delivery and client care
- Able to work proactively, autonomously and with others as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Organisational & time management skill
- Problem solving skills and willing to contribute ideas
- Previous experience in the professional services environment will be well regarded but is not essential
