The business is rapidly expanding and currently has 7 fulfilment centres (FC) across Australia.

eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space.

What are we looking for?

Due to continued growth, eStore Logistics is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Team Leader who will thrive in our fast-paced fulfilment centre located at Felstead Drive Truganina.

We require a team player that possesses a strong work ethic, is hands on and has a can-do attitude to lead, coach and mentor a team to achieve timely and accurate results for our customers.

This opportunity is perfectly suited to an individual with mínimal leadership experience, that is looking to step into an AMR site.

What will you do?

Liaise with management in respect to warehouse operations.
Plan and coordinate activities with others to achieve daily results
Encourage and advocate safety and environmental sustainability
Ensure area housekeeping is of a high standard
Complete daily documented housekeeping inspections
Assess customer needs and provide solutions
Ensure your work area is tidy and implement 5S principles
Ensure all equipment is available and in good order and condition
Complete function assessments (Process Auditing)
Highlight damages and hazards to the site leadership team
Participate in safety observations, workplace inspections and report
Train team members
First level escalation and resolutions of inventory issues.
Account for and ensure all inventory on site is stored correctly
Daily reporting on clearing of work areas and productivity
Respond to Customer Service queries

Additional requirements:

Prepared to undertake additional training
Flexibility in shift times and weekend work
Reliable transport to and from site (limited public transport)
