Qualifications & experience

• Staff management and training, preferably in hospitality.
• Supervision of staff.
• Excellence in customer service.
• Staff rostering.
• Use of computers.
• Desired experience includes: service within hospitality, particularly takeaway; social media management; and staff performance management.

Must be available nights (until up to 730 or 8pm)


Tasks & responsibilities

• Staff management, including:

scheduling weekly rosters and approving timesheets;
mentoring, training and performance management;
maintaining regular communication;
and fostering a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, support, and professional development

• Front of House management, including:

managing FOH staff and processes;
fostering a customer-centric culture;
and handling customer enquiries, requests and complaints.

• Customer service in terms of:

providing excellence in customer service;
taking orders and providing menu recommendations;
serving cooked and fresh orders;
and maintaining quality and consistency.

• Store management, in terms of:

overseeing day-to-day operations;
monitoring KPIs;
managing cleaning and maintenance schedules;
and building relationships with relevant tradespeople.

• Stock management:

completing weekly stock checks and orders;
managing stock rotation and storage;
and building relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Social media content and planning contribution.

Salary:
$1,200.00 per week
