Conplant Pty Ltd is a family owned company specialising in the supply of compaction and construction equipment to a wide range of customers, in particular, within the civil and commercial construction industries, mining, State and local Government.


Conplant's core business includes the hire and sale of compaction equipment with associated servicing and the supply of parts and transport services.

The business currently has operations in NSW (Sydney, Hunter Valley, Dubbo and Coffs Harbour), QLD (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba), SA (Adelaide), VIC (Geelong) and WA (Perth).


About you


A tertiary level qualification in business or management with a strong commercial focus and at least 2 years experience in a hire and/or capital equipment sales environment.

Experience of sales within heavy equipment, civil engineering or construction environments will be highly regarded as will those in related industries.

An in-depth understanding of the hire and/or capital sales markets locally, technology and market evolution as they relate to products and/or services.
