Member Engagement Consultant - Eight Mile Plains
RACQ Eight Mile Plains are looking for a fun, energetic and customer service superstar to join our team.

No experience necessary - just a willingness to learn We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training programme to set you up for success.

As a Member Engagement Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services.

Rate of pay at commencement is $32.35 Super
The store trading hours are Monday
Friday 8.30am 4.30pm
Additional working hours available to assist with branch operations, contact centre work and events and we strongly encourage people to take on these opportunities for their development

About you:

Customer service and a desire to help is key.

We are seeking applicants who love to help others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.

You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with members face-to-face and via phone, and have a can-do attitude Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
