Position:
Sales Representative
AMS Promotions is a respected Promotional Marketing Agency that operates nationally. We provide promotional talent to assist businesses in promoting their products and services.

We require an exceptionally organised individual to build and grow our new client division.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

This is a full-time position. Working from the AMS office in Pyrmont, NSW.

About the role:

Identify new client opportunities
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate client need fulfilment
Ensure that all client files are updated with appropriate notes/information
Collecting and analysing data
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
Identify industry trends
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience

About you:

Has experience working in a similar role in the industry for 2+ years
Has extensive experience in using Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail, focusing on completing the work with accuracy
A professional phone manner and maintaining a professional demeanour
Good time management skills and enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
Eager to improve and learn new tasks even when they are difficult to grasp
Ability to accept direction, retain knowledge/training and follow instructions effectively and efficiently
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proactive, ambitious, and able to problemsolve
Positive attitude towards work and helping others
Willing to work extra hours if the need arise
