About the role:

Lead a high performing team in the delivery of landscaping and outdoor projects. To meet our client's current and future work commitments, we require a qualified and experienced Landscape Supervisor, to work on several new and existing projects across Ballarat and Surrounds
You will ideally have experience in training, coaching and supervising apprentices to contribute to their project portfolio of diverse landscapes.

The following qualities and experience are essential:

Understanding of OHS and environmental requirements.
Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives.
People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive high performing teams.
Demonstrated industry experience in landscaping.
Attention to detail.
Previous relevant experience working on hardscape / softscape projects
The role requires strong problemsolving skills and ability to communicate effectively with managers, team members, clients, and the public.

WWC Certificate
Vehicle licences (trucks and Plant advantageous)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
