Position Summary

This is an important role which will see you working closely with two Partner/Principals as well as providing support to the division.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Formatting reports, proposal and quotations in line with strict branding guidelines using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint;
• Utilising Microsoft Visio to develop diagrams and flowcharts for proposals;
• Organising meetings, including preparing the agenda and all supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations;
• General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining registers and office reception duties;
• Arrange travel and processing expenses as required;
• Assist with marketing activities for the division;
• Preparing and issuing invoices/bills;
• Partner/Principal Outlook Calendar/Diary management.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$45, $73,884.22 per year
