Temporary Property Manager
Our clients situated in the heart of Melbourne are well established and growing daily

Now looking for an experienced Property Manager on A LONG TERM CONTRACT BASIS. This role has the potential to transition to a permanent position

THE ROLE:

Contract role that will take you right up to the new year with a view to Permanent
Managing a portfolio of Residential properties
Using Property Tree and Inspection Express
Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers
Carry out routine inspections and final bond inspections
General Property Manager transactions
Arrears management
VIC Agents Representative Certificate
Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Manager
Wellpresented with a positive and friendly attitude
Strong communication skills, time management and attention to detail
Strong Computer skills
Property Tree experience preferred, but not essential
Strong team player
