The Opportunity:

Due to customer growth, our awesome team in the ACT are looking for an additional Resident Field Service Technician to join the fam to service our clients in the surrounding Snowy and regional areas.

This position is to provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu customer equipment and contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.

As a Field Service Technician at Komatsu, you'll be supported not just professionally but personally too.

Our employees are encouraged to complete 2 courses per year. We also provide a car, phone and laptop/tablet and laundered uniforms for all our field service employees.

Regional Canberra and Snowy region

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Mobile Plant Mechanic Trade Certificate (Cert 3 Mobile Plant) complimented by your mechanical fitter qual (HD Mechanic/Fitter)
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment, and field service exposure, including breakdowns and diagnostics, will also be highly regarded within the construction and mining sector.
A minimum of C class Licence
Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills will be highly regarded.
Working at heights qualification would be great but not crucial.
Ability to follow required job scope & critical path.
Safety focused mindset is paramount.
Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work unsupervised.
