Are you an experienced Concrete Foreman seeking a hands-on role with a dynamic team? Look no further We are currently hiring for a Concrete Foreman to supervise our Precast Facility at
Yatala.

Your expertise will be crucial in training staff and ensuring the achievement of daily targets.


About Our Clients:

Our clients are a leading construction company with a state-of-the-art Precast Facility in Yatala. With a focus on excellence and quality, we take pride in producing top-notch precast products for various projects.

As a Concrete Foreman, you will play a vital role in leading our skilled team while overseeing production, quality, safety, and logistics.


Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Lead and manage up to 40 precast workers on the factory floor, including production, housekeeping, logistics, quality control, stock control, and safety.
  • Oversee all aspects of precast production, from reinforcement and concrete preparation to placement, finishing, and overall product quality.
  • Divide daily production into different stages and determine labor distribution to achieve daily targets efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with plans and quality standards, conducting checks for prepour and postpour processes.
  • Delegate tasks to employees, providing guidance and training when necessary.
  • Maintain discipline among factory staff when required.
  • Manage housekeeping while optimizing production processes.
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of WHS requirements and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct daily prestart toolbox meetings to brief the team on tasks and safety measures.
  • Report daily progress to the Production Manager.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience working as a Concrete Foreman.
  • 45 years' experience in a similar role within the precast industry.
  • Ability to interpret engineer plans accurately.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, coupled with a positive cando attitude.
  • Excellent management and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required.

Salary:
$ $50.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Experience:


  • Concreting: 5 years (required)
  • Foreman: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (required)
