The Opportunity

Great opportunity to join a growing Risk team, with the ability to work closely with the business to influence risk outcomes.

Reporting to the Risk Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Identify key operational risks and supporting controls currently in operation
Determine expected controls for particular activities being undertaken and compare actual with expected
Assess control design and operation to determine control effectiveness
Work with business areas to address control gaps, providing specialist support as necessary

Skills & Experience required

Previous experience in Risk, within Insurance or Financial Services sectors
Tertiary qualifications in risk, audit, commerce, compliance and/or legal (desired)
Previous exposure to Operational Risk regime
