About the Role
This role will be joining our Market Risk team.


Your role sits within the second line of defence and you'll responsible for reporting, oversight and challenge of BOQ's market risk exposures.

The team is also responsible for market risk model validation and is the functional owner of the market risk policies.


You will assist the Senior Manager in developing insight into the key drivers of risk and P&L and identifying trends or concerns.


You will also be required to build and maintain management reporting that assists in understanding movements or trends in risk and P&L, enabling meaningful oversight and challenge.


About you
This is an entry level role with a focus on reporting for the group.

It would be great if you have some prior exposure to Market Risk, Treasury, Financial Markets or Product Control however A bachelors degree in a relevant field is suitable.

We will rely on your strong analytical and problems solving skills. Exposure to VBA writing would be beneficial as well as strong spreadsheeting skills.


We are looking for an individual who is passionate about financial markets and can keep up with the latest trends and news to form discussion and advice within the group.
