Job description:
Establish a statewide recruitment capability to ensure that the Agency is able to recruit and retain a full establishment of Doctors in Training (DiT)

The role:

Establish a statewide recruitment capability to ensure that the Agency is able to recruit and retain a full establishment of Doctors in Training (DiT)

Develop strategies, practices and protocols to facilitate the statewide recruitment of DiT.
Liaise, coordinate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the supply of DiT to each region.
Lead and oversee the Medical Staffing unit.
