Up to $165,000 salary package

The Client

Our client is an essential service provider going through an exciting period of transformation and change in their journey towards solidifying themselves as a purpose led organisation.

The Role

The organisation is looking for an inspiring and strategic HR Business Partner to support senior leaders and employees and provide strategic guidance and advice.

You will act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor to the business to identify opportunities to deliver strategic objectives in a meaningful way.

Key deliverables include:

Effective strategic business partnering
Affect business outcomes by providing solutions to people and performance challenges
Be instrumental in supporting and delivering on organisational realignment, design and change management initiatives
Embed organisational wide change, capability and cultural initiatives through effective partnership and coaching
Foster key business relationships, building credibility and trust across the business
Provide appropriate advice and guidance on employee and industrial relations
Identify gaps and contribute to the ongoing HR strategy

The Person
To be successful you will be tertiary qualified within HR or equivalent.

You will have worked within a multi-site organisation with a blue and white collar workforce and have significant experience coaching and advising at a senior level.

Extensive working knowledge of managing complex employee related matters is paramount and you will have managed your own case load end to end.

You will be highly strategic yet comfortable being hands-on in the operational. It is also vital you have experience undertaking organisational change and/or culture transformation projects. Experience within blue collar environments will be highly regarded.
