Our client is a Global Software product company and over the last 3 years have grown significantly in the Australian market.
This is a permanent opportunity, working one day a week in the ofifce, which is located near Albert Park.
They have great leadership and a team that consists of hard working individuals who are collaborative and look to get the job done.
This could be good for a Business Consultant with implementation experience as well.Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the successful implementation of the suite of products
- Responsible for managing the change journey alongside the customer
- Accurately take requirements relating to the setup and configuration of the required products
- Configure the products in line with best practices and methodology
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations as required
- Ensure checkpoints are completed where necessary
- Report on the progress of implementation projects to the Managing Consultant, maintain and update project reporting documentation
- Plan and manage user level requirements workshops capturing the business needs and documenting them in a suitable format to reflect the Implementation Objectives
- Ensure Client Services management are informed of any new developments (technical or political) taking place with the client which may impact delivery or relationship
- Identify risks, taking appropriate action and escalating as necessary
- Provide input to project governance
Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:
- Experience within the health sector (Public Acute or Aged Care) is required
- Experience as an implementation consultant is desirable in workforce management
- A technology background is desirable with experience gained in implementing and integrating software either in a client or vendor role
- Experience desirable as a rostering practitioner, gained preferably in a health (Acute or aged care) environment
- Experience in participating in requirements gathering workshops (planning, leading and meeting documentation)
- Experience in delivering product training, both onetoone and in small groups
- Experience in writing user requirements and specification for development
- Experience in measuring and delivering business benefits
