A new opportunity has become available to join our team in St-Mary's.

This customer-facing role will enable you to further develop invaluable skills in the day to day running of our operations.

You will be rewarded with ongoing mentoring opportunities, working for a sustainable growing business with class-leading technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

Timely and professional customer service
Completion of payments in accordance with customer trading terms
Accurate record keeping in line with company requirements
Maintaining an organised office, including organisation of files and records
Providing administrative support to the Yard Manager
Demonstrating a high focus on safety

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience handling accounts and invoicing
Demonstrated Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
Reliable and efficient team player
Good communication and customerfacing skills

Desirable criteria:

Cash management experience
Previous experience operating a weighbridge
Transport scheduling exposure will be highly regarded
