Must-Have
- Strong Service Management Experience in IT Industry preferably in media industry in specific
- Good understanding of Incident, Problem, and change management of Service Delivery
- Must have a strong hold on MS excel, PPT, word to do day to day job.
- Handson experience of ticket categorization for proper reporting.
- Good knowledge of SLA's/KPI's and configuring them in the ITSM tool.

- Good Communication skills with Positive attitude to handle customer stakeholders.
