Must-Have

  • Strong Service Management Experience in IT Industry preferably in media industry in specific
  • Good understanding of Incident, Problem, and change management of Service Delivery
  • Must have a strong hold on MS excel, PPT, word to do day to day job.
  • Handson experience of ticket categorization for proper reporting.
  • Good knowledge of SLA's/KPI's and configuring them in the ITSM tool.

  • Good Communication skills with Positive attitude to handle customer stakeholders.
