About the role


We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Design and Delivery Coordinator to join our Real Estate team based in Brisbane on a 12 month, max term contract, covering a portfolio of Shopping Centres.


Reporting to the Portfolio Retail Design and Delivery Coordinator, you will provide high quality and efficient administration and support to the Retail Design and Delivery Team.

The key accountabilities are not limited to but include:

  • Provide accurate and timely analysis reporting against critical Salesforce Retail Design and Delivery program milestones, including Retailer Introduction Pack, Design Milestones, Leasing Advice, Cat 1 & Landlord charges, Retailer Handovers, Shop Openings and Retailer Defect Management.
  • Issue Retail Design and Delivery Control Documentation in accordance with the Retail Design & Delivery Framework, including Tenancy Plans; Introduction Packs, Design Guidelines & Fitout Guidelines, Final Design Approval and Landlord Consent, Handover Notification and Makegood Notification.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the Retail Design and Delivery tracking meetings, including screen hosting, live updates, and milestone reporting.
  • Oversee the document control management and procurement process of all Tenancy Plans through Salesforce, SharePoint and Aconex, for allocated assets.
  • Provide technology platform support to Retail Design and Delivery Team.

You will be a highly organised and process driven individual who thrives in a team environment


You will also have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role providing varied administrative or project support to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle, project documentation and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to selfprioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work effectively without close supervision.
  • Ability to engage and build productive working relationships at all levels executives, managers, employees, and internal clients.
  • Strong computer skills, including, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
