Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with our team of recruiters to understand client needs and develop customized recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the recruitment process
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
