About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Entry clerk to provide administrative support to their tight-knit team.

The ideal individual will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be suitable for someone who has strong technical and Microsoft Excel skills that is immediately available.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the planning manager, your responsibilities will include;

High volume data entry
Manage a timely and efficient data collection process
Retrieving & manipulating data
Cataloguing data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
Updating data on internal database
Manage and update spreadsheets
Updating the system with inventory information
Producing weekly reports
Ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience
The following experience is essential to progress with this role:

Prior data entry experience
Excellent knowledge of data processing tools
Experience in Excel and Xero
Strong attention to detail
High computer knowledge and competency
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
