Job description:

We are currently partnering with our client which has grown to nearly 100 staff and has been working on a diverse range of projects, specialising in the subdivision space within South Australia for over 10 years.

The Role

This role will primarily be responsible for supervising and directing staff, subcontractors and suppliers on-site, toward ensuring the safe delivery of high-quality outputs on time and within budget.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day on-site operations.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Liaise and coordinate with internal resources and external subcontractors
Uphold and promote Work Health and Safety standards
Conducting toolbox and prestart meetings
Ensure the timely delivery of projects & maintain relevant documentation
Reporting incidents, nonconformances and participating in incident investigations where required
