- Execute all Project specific plans in line with PMBOK principles
- Take ownership of projects
- Control project programming, cost, time, quality, purchasing, contract administration, general site administration and the activities of sub-contractors.
- Manage overall safety, quality and environment on project
- Authorise construction planning, programming, and on-site completion schedules.
- Liaise with the Construction Manager / Supervisor regularly to monitor project progress and manage issues as they arise.
- Monitor and manage project costs and forecasts to budget. Take corrective action early and report on a timely basis
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing projects at a medium to high value in either energy, utilities or renewables valued up to $50mill or higher
- Tertiary Qualifications in Electrical Engineering
- Strong in project delivery and advanced communication skills
- Ability to plan, monitor and control project activities with a focus on client requirements, productivity, cost and quality
- High level business and commercial acrumen
- Experience in renewables or high voltage would be highly regarded

The Opportunity
Due to growth and the acquisition of large scale projects, we are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of significant substation and renewable energy projects.
Reporting to the Program Manager of our SA office, you will work with a wider team of experienced Project Managers and play a key role in executing all project specific plans, ensuring projects are delivered safely whilst maximising client satisfaction and efficient resource usage.
