About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager with a solid emphasis on engaging stakeholders to join our team.

The role involves actively leading and overseeing the team and resources to meet safety, leadership, product delivery, and budget requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automation field, particularly in projects involving process control systems, digital systems, and cyber security within sectors like Oil and Gas, MMM, Defence, and Water Treatment.

Your duties will include:

Successfully managing various E&IC projects, ranging from small to large and intricate, running concurrently
Supervising the complete lifecycle of E&IC projects from inception, FEED, and design to commissioning
Motivating the project team through effective leadership and transparent communication
Coordinating with the supply chain throughout project execution
Ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety, and Quality Management standards on projects
Handling project risks, scheduling, and expenses
Monitoring, predicting, and reporting project performance
Cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationships
Engaging in tendering - estimating costs and preparing proposals

About You

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of:

Demonstrated proficiency in applying project management methodologies
Knowledge of contract negotiation and management
Solid grasp of project accounting principles
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience using Project Management Platforms to deliver projects
