Job Description Summary
ConnectSydney, a dynamic joint venture between Service Stream, Boral and Johnson Controls, will be delivering the Sydney Road Assets Performance Contract for the Harbour Zone in metropolitan Sydney.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our business.The Site Administrator will be responsible to perform effective commercial practices, including legal, compliance, insurance, procurement, cost control, contract / project administration and reporting activities on assigned project.
The Site Administrator will ensure that all aspects pertaining to commercial and legal matters on the project are effectively implemented and contractual requirements are complied with.
A key area of responsibility is the Subcontractor/Supplier management/administration and to process insurance claims.About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Process public liability claims, this will include but not limited to the following:
- Analyse and investigate multiple sets of data to determine liability from public liability claims
- Ensure data integrity from business Asset Management System is accurate and update company database as required
- Report on process to client and other key stakeholders
- Review and processing of progress claims in conjunction with the Construction Manager and Site Supervisors,
- Assist with the valuing completed work and arranging for payments
- Verification of site diaries and supporting documentation
Support project personnel with the establishment of subcontractor arrangements including the vetting and letting of Subcontracts (including supply agreement, consulting agreements and the like).
Creating purchase orders, administering cost controls and invoicing through Jobpac
About You
Experienced in working in an administrative role and previous experience in financial reporting and budgeting - desirable.
Knowledgably in contract & project administration and reporting
Effective communication skills (written & report writing skills.
Knowledge of business systems and the ability to learn new systems.
