Your new role


We're looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.


As a
Communications Officer, you will be the driving force behind shaping CSC's brand narrative and connecting with our customers in meaningful ways.

Execute communications strategies that align with our business objectives, and craft compelling written materials to fuel our strategic customer communication initiatives—including targeted campaigns, engagement opportunities, and educational programs.


The role will also support the broader Brand, Marketing and Communications and Digital Engagement team and align strategic communications and content with the proactive customer engagement strategy.


  • Produce endtoend external written materials and collateral to support strategic customer communication.
  • Draft, edit, review and redevelop content to optimise and ensure appropriateness for all channels.
  • Provide support to the wider team's communications deliverables.
  • Write in adherence to the house written style guide, to ensure all content is on brand, contemporary, a consistent style and tone of voice and is of the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with SME's and various teams across the business, from insights to compliance requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience:


What you'll need to excel

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications such as marketing/communications/media/journalism, desired.
  • Knowledge and experience of communications delivery to multiple audiences.
  • Excellent storytelling ability and aptitude for content writing.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to develop written content.
  • Selfmotivated attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a positive business culture.
  • Strong adherence to brand guidelines and a keen eye for maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
  • Ability to supports communications activities and content requirements to meet business objectives.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
  • Exposure to the financial services industry, a bonus.
