The Company:

Our client is an established and handsomely awarded Custom / Bespoke High-End Builder. Working with some of Melbourne's best Architects and interior designers delivering projects ranging from $1.5mil - $5mil in the affluent areas of Melbourne (including the likes of South Yarra, Toorak, Hawthorn, Brighton, and are a passionate team who strive towards being the benchmark and "go to" builder in Bespoke builder offering to the market.

DAY-TO-DAY:

All required leading hand works, be the main lead onsite and drive carpentry crew and labour team members;
Report to the Site Manager as a 2IC and work on architectural highend residential sites;
Maintain a high level of health and safety onsite at all times;
Ensure that projects are completed accordingly to relevant stages;
Provide updates to the Site Manager when required daily;
All other relevant duties as required

THE MUST-HAVES:

5+ Years experience in domestic architectural bespoke, renovations, and additions as a senior carpenter, or leading hand
Carpentry trade and background 100% (essential)
Excellent Eye / Attention to detail for quality finishes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Showcase leadership qualities, effective communication, and technical construction skills
Valid driver's license, possess own vehicle and tools
Full Australian working rights
