Job DescriptionNow, about this role...We're looking for someone who:
Can think independently about the finance needs of regional businesses, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
Can demonstrate a history of building strong relationships both with customers directly, local industry bodies and with internal and external business partners more generally.
Is passionate about empowering and supporting regional businesses to help regional communities thrive.Supports genuine, personable, and traditional relationship-centric business banking

Minimum 5 years' experience in regional commercial and/or agribusiness banking, credit, or related field
