Director Operations - Toowoomba HospitalWe have an exciting opportunity for a Director Operations to support the Executive Director Toowoomba Hospital in Toowoomba.

You will provide effective leadership and management of the facility and its services in Darling Downs Health, ensuring the facility delivers on operational performance measures.

You will communicate the vision of Darling Downs Health with a sense of purpose, supporting and strategically guiding teams to achieve outstanding results.

You will communicate skilfully, negotiating respectfully, building strategic and mutually beneficial relationships.
