About the role:

We are looking for a talented customer service representative to join our busy inbound contact centre.

Working on the front line over the phone, you will be the voice of KinCare and responsible for ensuring each customer's experience is of the highest quality.

You'll be required to direct calls and assist customers with their queries ranging from service times, general questions, and any other ad-hoc request that comes in.

We currently operate with a hybrid working model, with 1 or 2 days per week in the Bella Vista office and the rest from home

What else you can expect:

Fulltime permanent position

- - weekend shift needed each month

Monday
Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (other shift times may be available)
Ongoing training & coaching to ensure you are meeting business and customer expectations.

About you:

You will be empathetic, and solutions focused, with impeccable customer service skills.

Due to the nature of this role, experience working in a call centre environment will be ideal, as will a team focused attitude.

You'll work well under pressure while also maintaining a calm demeanour.

Additionally, you will be a fantastic communicator, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines.

Strong computer skills are essential, and experience with CRM systems are ideal.
