Our client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the development and execution of end-to-end procurement strategies across technology and business.

Your new role will see you working closely with the Head of Procurement delivering strategy and support across strategic sourcing projects and category/portfolio management development and execution.

Analysing market research, benchmarking and identifying productivity improvements you will play a key role in selecting new and strengthening existing agreements across the business.

You will also play a key role in managing and improving supplier relationships by assessing supplier performance.

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience as a Procurement Analyst/ Officer in an enterprise environment
End to end procurement process experience
Strong supplier engagement skills
Sound knowledge of contract law, probity practices and procedures
Understanding of technology Category/Portfolio management

Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to converting permanent.

Offices are based in the Melbourne CBD with work from home flexibility on offer (1-2 days per week in the office).
