The Role
Leading the property team - this new and unique role will require you to:
- Develop property goals and targets for the team examining growth opportunities, property mix development and taking responsibility for the property team's performance against targets
- Establish and oversee the property team vision and values inline with Evie's corporate objectives and values.
- Manage key relationships on behalf of the business to support EV charging infrastructure across key segments
- Build strong executive relationships with the external partners and consumers
- Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to develop strategies and products that enhance the relationship and tenure with property partners / landlords.
- Define and implement property strategies that further Evie's public charging network objectives in regards to growth, utilisation and experience.
- Approve Leasing contract processing and manage other internal approvals based on the Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrix.
- Drive compliance with defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and applicable regulatory laws and rules surrounding the property portfolio.
- Undertake detailed analyses of property performance for the purpose of strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Identify new trends ahead of the curve, offering the property team a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market.

Electric cars in Australia is still largely uncharted territory which means your passion to make a difference, desire to use your initiative and continuous focus on excellence will ensure your success in this new role.
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelors degree or post graduate qualifications in Real Estate, Marketing, Communications Business or any other related field
- 10 years of working experience in commercial property in a fastpaced and dynamic business environment.
- Proven and successful ability to lead a group of property personnel with strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong communication skills that enable effective communication internally with staff and across customer groups and external parties.
- Demonstrated experience drafting reports, proposals and making presentations to consumers, senior sales management, stakeholders, or external partners, tailoring messages in relation to the audience at hand and to present even the most complex messages in clear, simple, digestible, and convincing terms.
