The Role


As the People Experience Business Partner you will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units across NSW and report to the National People Experience Manager based in Victoria.

You will be responsible to implement operational HR requirements and provide specialist coaching, support, and influence to enable key stakeholders to deliver on business plans.


You will be playing a critical role in ensuring effective employee relations, advocating for fair and compliant practices, and facilitating positive workplace experiences.


You will be working in partnership with the business to manage, resolve and reduce employee relations issues whilst ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory compliance plans, processes, and systems to reduce or eliminate risks.

You will play a vital role within the organisation in providing HR policy interpretation and guidance, including the EBA.


Be ready for frequent visits to our warehouse at Prestons and Rhodes office to provide HR support to teams located there, with a minimum of three days per fortnight spent in each site.

  • Hard skills:_ expertise in EBA negotiations and investigations, as well as a solid understanding of industrial relations. Knowledge of the SCHADS award is highly desired, although it is not mandatory.
